Slow unorganized and disrespectful

OMG!!..BEST CHINESE FOOD ANYWHERE!!!.JUST WISH THEY WERE IN RUSSELLVILLE!!!!..But only in Little Rock 😫😭😠

Absolutely great place and instant service makes a great stop... strongly recommend the walnut shrimp, Shanghai Angus beef, and the orange chicken! Go ahead and get the big plate with three entrees and one side it's worth the increased price and you can always take leftovers home.

Consistently delicious! Oh my gosh the orange chicken is soooooooo good as is the broccoli beef. They are always clean and have excellent customer service. Also they do takeout which is great. The restrooms are always clean as well. I would strongly recommend Panda Express to anyone who likes Chinese food!

They only take orders online but there online ordering is messed up. They told me to come there to get it then. She was impatient on the phone. I was in a hurry. Very rude. Rather have McDonalds then deal with that behavior.

Food is ok, but a lot of the flavors are too strong and taste fakey. If you vary from certain selections they will charge you extra and not tell you.

First time going and had a good experience. Food was good and service was quick. Good price. I left feeling full and satisfied.

Been to many Panda Express's before in almost all the major is cities and I am not sure if I got lucky or what but this is arguably the best Panda Express I’ve ever been to. Normally you get one good Panda entrée in your meal the others being mushy grossness. This place is on point, every aspect was phenomenal. Seriously not a single flaw and the perfect combination of crispness and flavor. Well done!

Worst "Chinese" food ever! Chicken egg rolls were burnt...Spring rolls were soggy...Crab Rangoon was tasteless and soggy as well. The noodles were like mush...way overcooked! The Walnut Shrimp was actually good but I I was charged 1.25 extra for 6 pieces. Was afraid to even eat the chicken. Never again! I called and spoke to Andrew and Donovan...was told their food was "usually good". Oh please!

Good place...but to expensive and they don't even serve you the portions the way they need to serve it ..only in Arkansas panda is wake out here in los angeles they give you the right portion.

Less than enthused staff members. Dried up dishes and out of several items. No sweet n sour sauce. Over priced but they were quick

Having lived in California where Panda originates, its sad to see that this chain isn't a patch to what it is on the West Coast. Essentially it's McChinese. Portions are skimpy, food often sits on the steam table and does not look appealing at all. I would rather see a few Panda Express locations that hold to the West Coast tradition of great food versus a lot of locations that do not.

Went up for order and all employees following covid health department guidelines. Food has always rocked. Best noodles in the business. Hats off to manager and employees for protecting themselves and the public

Consently good. You can expect the same quality every time. Which I think is awesome. No matter if your there right before close or right after opening.

Panda is one of my favorite places to eat. It is not because I like Chinese food but it is because the management and staff are excellent and the food is freshly prepared in front of you. They excel in everything they do. I do not eat in the facility I always carry out and I almost always have them make fresh food for me. They are always more than willing to accommodate with a smile on their face. I will continue to use them on multiple days a week until such time as I see changes.

Always A1 cheap and delicious. Plus pandas duh.

Never had a problem until today. Went for orange chicken and what they INSISTED was orange chicken was extremely spicy, was brown in color, and had the red pepper that is normally found in general Tso's chicken. They did offer to replace it however our the person serving the food attitude was a bit off with us. She was friendly enough with another couple and coworkers just didn't jive with us. So I'll just stick to the food truck on my side of town.

Ready for the one in Benton to open. Its closer to me. Reccomend

This place is hit or miss for me.when it's good, it's really good. However, when it's not, it's REALLY not.

Fast, fresh, and delicious, but the staff was not friendly. They didn’t ask me if I wanted to round my change up for charity(I always do and had to ask them to do so), they didn’t smile, they didn’t offer soy or any other sauces, and the water fountain in the lobby was broken and they didn’t offer a glass from the drive thru fountain. Very disappointed in staffing, but 4 stars earned from food alone. Would still return and recommend.

Didn't get my food, couldn't cancel the order, and waited over an hour for food.

Very rude on the phone..not my first experience at this location..seem like they don't really care..don't bother..just mail them a check. I told the guy when he brought my order to the car to tell the lady to smile on the phone..he told me that she has to work like 70 hours per week....sad.

I ordered off of Uber eats and it was so messy and such SMALL portion. It was cold and tasted like it had been sitting for hours. Never coming back

Social distancing is in effect. But you can wear a mask inside to order take out or call ahead. Food was good.

Pretty good. It will get you through if you need Chinese food. Pretty good.

The Chow mein noodles were half done and the white rice was old, and the employee that waited on us was rude and very short with us, I tried to explain to him that I couldn't hear him very well and it seemed to annoy him. Bad experience all around. My grandson said that the orange chicken was very good so that is the only reason that I am giving it 2 stars. Sorry to say we won't be going back there any time soon. The service here is always very good! Food rocks!But I’m shocked they won’t let the staff close the store earlier since the AC is broken. Shame on you corporate!

Food was on par with a buffet at a higher price point. I got a bowl with a drink and an egg roll for $13. Service was not friendly. Restaurant was clean though. I doubt I will be back at this location.

My new favorite Chinese restraunt. Love Mexican food. We have a lot of Mexican restaurants in our town. And I love to try every one of them. Sine are text max and some are very authentic. Love to eat chinese

WORST PANDA EXPRESS EVER!!!! APPERENTLY YOU CAN PLACE AN ORDER AND YOU GET WHAT THEY WANT TO GIVE YOU. AND YOU BETTER BE HAPPY WITH IT BECAUSE IF YOU ASK THEM TO FIX IT ITS THE END OF THE WORLD.

The Honey Walnut Shrimp and the mixed vegetables were good. Also had the steak entree, which was tasty, but had a definite heat (the sauce I think) that grew after a few bites. It's not marked as Spicy, but it sure was today. I don't care for that kind of surprise, but my son took it and gave me some of his not-spicy items. Ample servings so you won't leave hungry. Price comparable with a buffet.

Food is great but service is better! Reese is easily the best worker they have here! Always kind and makes it easy for some of us more anxious folk to come back! If you can, ask for him to take your order 😁

Not many good Chinese places in Hot Springs. This is good enough to get you by.

This was my first time at Panda Express. I enjoyed the ease of placing my order. The staff were quick to get my food prepared and very friendly. My food was good and I left with a full stomach. I will definitely try another Panda Express in the future.

I love this place more than anything and I don't get to visit that often. Wish there was one local to me
